The CIBERER works in close cooperation with healthcare professionals and patients to pass on the results of its research to clinical practice.
The challenges are many and complex, as translational and applied research can only succeed through joint work. Many of our investigators are basic researchers and also healthcare professionals, forming part of Spain’s main hospitals and doing their jobs at clinics and diagnosis services.
The CIBERER discloses its results through communication and dissemination measures intended for both healthcare professionals and those affected. This two-way communication allows an open discussion to ensure that research is better-focussed in aspects of applied clinical interest.
By means of cooperation agreements, clinical trials and other common projects, CIBERER works along with biotechnological and pharmaceutical companies to develop therapeutic and diagnosis solutions.
